Score Creative is an international composer agency founded by multi award-winning screen composer Michael Richard Plowman.

Built on the genuine belief: Composers deserve representation shaped around their individual talent, voice and a shared vision to build something extraordinary.

We create across two distinct Engines.

Representation: Engine One - As a representation agency, we work with a carefully selected group of composers to build long-term international careers — navigating co-production structures across multiple territories, and opening doors that geography and language too often close. Every composer with Score Creative has a dedicated path and design, not a shared one.

Collaborative: Engine Two - We go further, and where the project calls for it, we compose alongside our composers or bring composers together — combining Michael's 35 years of experience with the unique voices of our musical storytellers to deliver an exciting alchemy of music and media. It's a genuine creative partnership.

Michael brings three decades of film, television, and game composition experience to Score Creative — with 150+ film credits, 1,500+ television episodes, and recognition from the Canadian Screen Awards, Leo Awards, Cleos, the Emmys, and the international film music community.

His work spans Netflix, Disney, DreamWorks, Sony, Prime, BBC, CBS and countless others. He built Score Creative because he believes a composer's career should be designed with them, not for them —

Bronwen Thomas

Creative Managing Agent

Bronwen brings an uncommon combination to Score Creative — a foundation in media theory, communication, and the business of film and music, sharpened by graduate-level training and experience in media management, strategy, and industry leadership.

Alongside founder Michael Richard Plowman, she has contributed to 50+ film and television projects across the globe. As creative managing agent, Bronwen leads composer representation, business development, and Score Creatives written voice — with the belief that representation is a creative act, and that every composer should feel genuinely seen and championed.
